Terms of Service

These terms of service are in effect as of;
2025, July 28

By working with me, you are acknowledging & agreeing to the following terms;

General Info

• You must be 18+ to order a commission, and Hesk Pup Arts reserves the right to check IDs to verify age if needed.• You need to have a clear reference sheet or image(s) of the character(s) you want to be drawn with the correct colors, markings, and accessories, or they will not be drawn.

Artists Rights

• I reserve the right to post and display the artwork I draw as I see fit. The only exception is if agreed upon beforehand to keep the commissioned artwork private.• I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future art projects as I see fit, including but not limited to: Commissions and YCH slots.• I will reply to questions about owed artwork and commission inquiries in a professional capacity. Please refrain from including extraneous conversation; I am here to work only.• I reserve the right to alter and change my Terms of Service as I see fit without notice.

Commissioners Rights

• As the commissioner, you're free to post and share the artwork you've commissioned from me as much as you want, but please be sure to credit me for the artwork.• You may not use commissioned pieces for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: Buttons, Shirts, Prints sold for profit. Printing and using for personal use is completely acceptable!• Major alteration of the original artwork is not allowed, including but not limited to: Cropping my signature, tracing my artwork, paying another artist to complete/further detail the original piece.• You are not allowed to upload my artwork into AI programs of any kind.

Payment

• Payment is due upfront, no exceptions.• No commission will be started until payment has been received, no exceptions.• I do not accept payment plans on commission orders.• You have 48 Hours from the time of requesting a commission slot before the spot is forfeited and given to someone else. This includes YCH commissions.• If two or more people are splitting the payment for a commission, one person must be designated responsible for gathering all the funds and sending the payment in one transaction.• I can accept payments via PayPal, Ko-fi & CashApp.

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued on finished commission orders; All payments are final.• The commissioner is allowed to cancel their order at any time, but please be sure to check the Status of your Order and Refund Breakdown first.• All commission orders will be refunded a certain percentage of the amount paid.

Shipping

• The commissioner is obligated to pay for shipping costs unless stated otherwise.• Shipping costs are NOT included in the price. I cannot ship outside the US & Canada at this time.• Orders that need to be shipped out are normally completed weekly on Thursdays.

What I Won't Draw

• Human / Humanoid Characters• Scat / Messy Art• Realistic zoophilic scenarios• Underage characters in sexual situations• Transphobia, homophobia, racism, and other hateful themes

No, I do not work with minors. You must be 18 or older to commission me!

• Do you have an art queue?
Yes, I do have an Art Queue. I use Trello to manage my art queue for owed artwork.

• How do I pay for my commission slot?
I can accept payments via:
Ko-fi, PayPal, and CashApp
If you pay for your commission with Ko-fi, the site uses PayPal to complete the transaction!

• Do you offer commission discounts?
No, I do not offer discounts on commissions.
However, I occasionally open up discounted commission slots to the public through my Telegram Art Channel.
