Terms of Service

These terms of service are in effect as of;
2026, September 10th

By working with me, you are acknowledging & agreeing to the following terms;

General Terms

• You must be 18 or older to order a commission.
• I retain the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, without an explanation.
• I reserve all rights to all artwork I create.I will reply to questions about owed artwork and commission inquiries in a professional capacity. Please refrain from including extraneous conversation; I am here to work only.

Payment & Refunds

• I only accept payment in USD, unless otherwise stated.
• Payments for commissions can be made through PayPal Invoice or Ko-fi only!
• Commissions must be paid in full before work is started, unless otherwise stated.
• Full refunds can be requested before work has been started.
• I reserve the right to refund your commission at any point, for any reason.Forced chargebacks of any kind are a violation of my terms of service and will result in you being blacklisted from being able to commission me in the future. Depending on the circumstances, I may also warn other artists against working with you.

Commission Process

• Communication will be handled via Email only!
• I do not work from written character descriptions. A CLEAR reference is required.
• WIPs will be sent during the Sketch Phase of your commission, and you must ask for edits at this stage!
• Edits can be requested when the piece is completed, before public upload, but edits can only be made to the lining or coloring. Any edits requested later will be charged a fee.
• Deadlines on commissions are currently not available.I will not change my stylistic approaches such as eyebrows, hair, eyes, etc. to suit your commission. You are commissioning me for my style and interpretation of your character; please respect it as such.
