No, I do not offer discounts on commission orders. However, I occasionally open up discounted slots to the public through my Telegram Art Channel.• Do you take art trades?
Yes, I do take on art trades, but only if I am open. If you are interested in doing an art trade with me, please fill out an Art Trade Form.• Do you take art requests?
No, I do not take on art requests. However, I will occasionally host giveaways.

Terms of Service

These terms of service are in effect as of;

By working with me, you are acknowledging & agreeing to the following terms;

General

• You must be 18 or older to order a commission.• You need to have a clear reference sheet or image(s) of the character(s) you want to be drawn with the correct colors, markings, and accessories, or they will not be drawn.

Contact

• Communication will be handled via Email only!I will reply to questions about owed artwork and commission inquiries in a professional capacity. Please refrain from including extraneous conversation; I am here to work only.

Estimates

• Commission quotes are open!• Commission quotes are only valid for 30 Days.If you are interested in getting a commission quote, please email me at [email protected] and label your Email subject with "Commission Quote".

Turnaround and WIPs

• Turnaround is typically 3 weeks to 1½ months.• Rush Order Commissions are currently not being accepted at this time.• Messages inquiring about updates before two weeks will be disregarded.• Art WIPs will be sent out to commissioners during the following stages to be approved before I continue on the piece: Sketching and Lining• After 48 Hours have passed since an art piece has been completed, I will no longer make alterations.

Payment

• I only accept payment in USD (US Dollar)• I only accept payment through PayPal with 100% payment up-front, No Exceptions!• I will not start on any commission orders until payment has been received.• I only accept payment through invoice; please do not send money unprompted.• You have 48 Hours from the time of requesting a commission slot before the spot is forfeited and given to someone else. This includes YCH commissions.• If two or more people are splitting the payment for a commission, one person must be designated responsible for gathering all the funds and sending the payment in one transaction.

Refunds

• 100% refunds can be given at any time, per the client's request, if I have not started.• If the client requests a refund after I started working on the art, they can receive a partial refund (amount depending on the amount of work completed) and the image that has been started.• If a commissioner ghosts me during the commission process, they will be removed from the queue and will not be issued a refund for their order.• Once the commission has been 100% completed and emailed, I can no longer offer a refund, as the customer already has the product. I am happy to make edits if you are unsatisfied with the artwork.• Please contact me if you need a refund for any reason. Do not go through PayPal!• Forced charge-backs are a violation of the terms of service of Abducted Inc. and will result in you being banned from working with me again in the future. Depending on the circumstances, I may also warn other artists against working with you.

Shipping

• Commissioners are obligated to pay for shipping costs unless stated otherwise.• All shipping is handled through USPS (United States Postal Service).• I can only ship within the US and Canada.• Shipping costs for Badges includes a scrap paper backing, lamination, hole-punching, and a badge clip (if they are in stock).Commission orders that need to be shipped out are normally completed weekly on Thursdays.

Artists Rights

• I reserve the right to post and display the artwork I draw as I see fit. The only exception is if agreed upon beforehand to keep the artwork private.• I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future art projects as I see fit, including but not limited to: Commissions and YCH slots.• I reserve the right to alter and change my Terms of Service as I see fit without notice.

Commissioners Rights

• As the commissioner, you're free to post and share the artwork you've commissioned from me as much as you want, but please be sure to credit me for the artwork when you do.• You may not use commissioned pieces for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: Buttons, Shirts, Prints sold for profit. Printing and using for personal use is completely acceptable!• Major alteration of the original artwork is not allowed, including but not limited to: Cropping my signature, tracing my artwork, paying another artist to complete/further detail the original piece.• You are not allowed to upload my artwork into AI programs of any kind.

What I Won't Draw

• Human / Humanoid Characters• Scat / Messy Art• Realistic zoophilic scenarios• Underage characters in sexual situations• Transphobia, homophobia, racism, and other hateful themes.

Rules for Art Giveaways

These terms of service are in effect as of;
2026, April 12

By entering my Art Giveaways, you are acknowledging & agreeing to the following terms;

• You must be 18 or older to enter!• If you unfollow me after an Art Raffle ends, you will be blacklisted from my future art giveaways.• ONE entry per person will be given unless stated otherwise.• You are allowed to enter Art Giveaways to get artwork for another person; however, the person you want to get artwork for must be 18 or older aswell and will count as your entry in the art raffle.• Art Raffle Bot Account entries in my Art Giveaways will be disqualified.• If any Art Giveaways I host require items to be shipped out, the winner(s) will be obligated to pay shipping fees, and I can ship worldwide as well.• Singal Boosts for my Art Giveaways are always greatly appreciated, but you are never obligated to post them to enter into an Art Giveaway.

Important Notice

If you have won a giveaway of mine within the last month of the current one being hosted, please refrain from entering to give other people a chance!
